Literary Linx

Please note the Literary Linx section in the sidebar (to your right). Currently we're linking to Arnal Kennedy's new poetry blog (arnalpoetry.blogspot.com). But we'd love to add more.

If you have a site featuring your writing, please add a comment to this section with the URL and we'll check it out.

I know this is off the subject, but I just thought you and some of the other writers might find it handy.

Title:
Skin cleansing composition for removing ink
Document Type and Number:
United States Patent 6376437

Abstract:
A skin cleansing composition suitable for removing ink and other stains from the hands and arms of a wretch includes an effective amount of a low molecular weight alcohol having from one to twelve carbon atoms and an effective amount of a peroxide releasing agent, e.g., a perborate salt, preferably sodium perborate, such that together, the alcohol and perborate salt provide a synergistic reaction that effectively removes ink from the skin of the wretch. Other additives such as fillers, abrasives, and detergents may be employed to provide further cleansing action.
